METHOD OF DELIVERY OF GOODS
The aroma-eshop brings your order completely free with the ELTA Courier in your house, when your order exceeds € 60 and the weight of the order does not exceed 3 kg.
In any other case, the ways of delivery – transport your order are listed below:
1. By courier (DOOR-DOOR of ELTA)
2. After consultation with Courier or transport company of your choice.
3. Upon receipt from the store

Shipping and / or cash on delivery costs (for the cases that are calculated) are borne by the customer. Shipping and cash on delivery costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart and clearly listed. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight (natural or volumetric), and are the same for any area in Greece. Cash on delivery costs are fixed € 2.50 for all of Greece.
The DOOR - DOOR service distributes the products from CITY to CITY and delivers them to the recipient's address. For deliveries to villages, the recipient will be notified by the post office of his area for the receipt of the parcel.
For courier or shipping shipments of your choice
If you wish to receive by courier or transfer of your choice, then you must repay the purchase of the products using a credit card or bank transfer of the corresponding amount.

With this shipping method, our company does not charge costs (shipping and cash on delivery) and does not take responsibility for delivery and any other problems that arise during the transfer of the parcel.

In case you choose to pick up from the store, we will notify you by email or phone to let you know when your order is ready for delivery.
Your order will remain in the store for 10 days before canceled.
Withdrawal - Product Returns - Consumer Rights
You have the right to return the products you bought by filling out the form, which you will find in the menu of your account -
Returns are accepted provided that you contacted the same day or the next business day with PLATON SA at 210 5200091
The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it, ie without unsealing or tampering with the packaging, as before just selling it, in its full original packaging as delivered to you by the transport company
In order for the return to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are printed on the purchase document.
If the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to a refund in cash or by credit of an account that he will notify to PLATON SA. The customer's refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product. If the purchase was made with a credit card, a transaction will be canceled and a corresponding update (credit) of his credit card will be made and not a refund of cash.
